Account Deletion

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open Tradecraft.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm account deletion.

Alternative method

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to crypto.warriors@yahoo.com from your registered account email.

Data that will be deleted

• Account profile data
• Authentication account data
• Gameplay and account-related progress data

Data that may be retained

Minimal security and abuse-prevention logs, where required, may be retained for up to 30 days.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
